OrrMoniz has a unique history, Alex and Tim Orr come from a 4th generation development business, Orr Development Corp. that their great grandfather, Reginald Orr, started in the late 1920’s. Carlos Moniz has been with Orr Development for over 20 years, taking the reins over from his father Carlos senior who started with Orr in the early 1960’s handling construction projects and property maintenance.
The Orr and Moniz families have collaborated for decades and will continue to build high quality projects that we are proud to put our name on.
