We have over 50 years experience in property, development and construction management and are passionate about great buildings that are profitable, functional, and will stand the test of time. Our extensive relationships with consultants, brokers, contractors and bankers, as well as our local knowledge, history and reputation in Vancouver are valuable resources for successfully navigating the development process and executing profitable projects.

O|M has a unique history, Alex and Tim Orr come from a 4th generation development business, Orr Development Corp. that their great grandfather, Reginald Orr, started in the late 1920’s. Carlos Moniz has been with Orr Development for over 20 years, taking the reins over from his father Carlos senior who started with Orr in the early 1960’s handling construction projects and property maintenance.
The Orr and Moniz families have collaborated for decades and will continue to build high quality projects that we are proud to put our name on.
